A school that speaks your clientele's language

All 19 lessons are available with professional subtitles in 6 languages (DE/EN/RU/PL/TR/AR). The 50-term glossary is free in every language. Practical for you: learn in your mother tongue — and confidently address future clients in multiple languages later.

  • Entire website & interface
  • Subtitles on all 19 videos
  • Glossary with 50 terms

Birgit answers inquiries in German or English.

Three ways this helps you

First: learn in the language you're most comfortable with. Second: target clients with a migration background — over 25 % of Germany's population — with cultural fluency. Third: the full terminology glossary helps you use German technical terms confidently when communicating with physicians, care homes, or health authorities. In Germany this profession is called Fußpflege — our certificate is the standard qualification for working as a foot care specialist, whether on its own or alongside manicure & pedicure services.

Honest comparison: Podiatry is a state-regulated health profession in Germany (Podiatrists Act) and takes 2 years full-time or 3 years part-time. Tuition varies by federal state — in NRW and several other states the training is tuition-free, in others fees apply. Our training is something different: cosmetic hand and foot care (not a health profession), 100% online, at your own pace. Different profession, different requirements — the two paths complement each other.

Frequently asked

What to know before you start

How much can I earn as a pedicurist? +
On average €40–60 per 45-minute treatment. Side-job with 8 clients/week: €1,200–1,600/month is realistic. Full-time self-employed: €3,000–5,000/month is achievable. You recoup the bundle (€890) within roughly 4–6 weeks of part-time work.
Can I really do this? I have no prior experience. +
Yes. Over 60% of our graduates had never held scissors to a foot before. Lessons are split into 5–15-minute bites, you learn at your own pace. Birgit answers every question personally. If after 14 days it doesn't fit — full money-back guarantee, no questions asked.
Is there a money-back guarantee? +
Yes. If the course isn't right for you within the first 14 days, just send Birgit a short message — you'll get your money back in full, without a long discussion. The guarantee ends as soon as you download your module certificate (the service then counts as fully rendered).
How much does the Feetcare-School training cost? +
Individual modules are €380 (A & B) and €280 (C). The complete bundle is €890 instead of €1,040, payable in three installments of €297 (about €7.42/day over 4 months — less than a coffee). All prices include VAT.
How long does the training really take? +
On average 4 months per module — but you set your pace. Some students finish in 6 weeks, others take 6 months. You have 6 months' access and learn at your own pace during this time.
Do I need a separate room or studio to work as a pedicurist? +
Not necessarily. For mobile services, a treatment kit is enough. If you work from your own room, basic hygiene standards apply — we cover everything in the course.
What equipment do I need to buy to start? +
For Module A: nail scissors, file, pumice stone, foot bath — usually already at home. Module B adds a foot drill (from about €250). Up to 10% discount with our partner suppliers.
Can I do this as a side job? +
Yes — most of our graduates start part-time. You can register a side business, taxes stay simple, and you build a client base alongside your main job.
What certificate do I receive? +
After Module B you receive the "Specialist Pedicure" certificate (written exam). Module C adds "Specialist Pedicure per Medical Guidelines". Both qualify you to register a business.
Do I need in-person practical training? +
No, you don't need on-site practical training — the entire programme is 100% online. You learn every technique step by step in the videos and practice in parallel on family and friends. That way you gain real hands-on experience from day one. Optionally, you can take a practical exam via Zoom or WhatsApp (€178.50 incl. VAT). After passing, you receive a certificate without the “distance learning” designation.
How is this different from podology training? +
Podiatry is a state-regulated health profession in Germany (Podiatrists Act) with 2 years of full-time or 3 years of part-time training and legally regulated treatments of diseased feet; tuition varies by federal state — in NRW and several other states it's tuition-free. Our training is cosmetic foot care (not a health profession) — 100% online, at your own pace. Both professions complement each other but are legally separate.
What insurance do I need? +
Professional liability insurance (often from €80/year) is recommended. We provide a checklist of insurers who specialize in pedicure businesses.
What happens if I have questions during the course? +
You can message Birgit directly anytime — easiest via WhatsApp or email. Replies within 24 h on business days. In addition, there's a shared Zoom session once per quarter where you can ask your questions directly.
Can the training really be completed within 6 months? +
Yes. Most finish in about 4 months with 5–8 hours of study per week. Some are done in just 6 weeks with full-time effort, others use the full 6 months — both are fine, because your access runs for 6 months. Important: you don't have to wait until the end — after just 2–3 weeks you can do your first practice treatments on friends.
My family/friends are skeptical — what can I do? +
Many graduates experienced this initially. Three things that help: (1) Talk about the process, not the goal — "I'm testing this with the money-back guarantee" sounds safer than "I'm becoming a pedicurist". (2) Treat someone from your circle for free — enthusiasm convinces more than arguments. (3) Show concrete numbers from the earnings calculator — this often convinces skeptical partners.
I'm afraid to quit my current job — how big is the risk? +
You don't have to quit — almost all our graduates start part-time. You build clients alongside your main job until you feel confident. Only then do you reduce hours or resign. It doesn't get any safer. In Module B we cover this question in detail.
What if I don't understand the content or the tech feels too complicated? +
All lessons are bite-sized (5–15 min per video). If anything is unclear, just message Birgit — replies within 24 h. The platform works on any device (phone, tablet, laptop). No technical knowledge required. If you still feel overwhelmed, you have the 14-day money-back guarantee, no reason needed.
Is this course also suitable for men? +
Yes, explicitly. While most of our graduates are women, the curriculum itself is gender-neutral. Men entering the field (often nurses, sports physiotherapists, lifeguards) are very welcome. You'll find a male testimonial in the reviews section. Birgit answers all questions gender-neutrally.
What do the 6 languages mean in practice? +
All 19 lessons have professional subtitles in German, English, Russian, Polish, Turkish and Arabic — switchable in the video player. The 50-word technical glossary (anamnesis, hyperkeratosis, treatment kit …) is also available as a PDF in each language. The entire website navigation, checkout, invoices and certificate are available in all 6 languages. Birgit answers inquiries in German or English.
I have a migration background — does this course fit me? +
Yes, very well. Over 25% of residents in Germany have a migration background — many prefer practitioners who speak their native language or know cultural customs (e.g. women-to-women treatment). Here you learn in your preferred language and can look up German technical terms in parallel via the glossary. More guidance on residence permits and multi-language practice setup at /zielgruppe/migrantinnen.
Can I register a foot-care business in Germany with a residence permit or Duldung? +
In principle yes — a residence permit with work authorization allows business registration. With Duldung or Aufenthaltsgestattung, an additional approval from the immigration office is needed. We can't verify this ourselves — please consult your authority or a migration counselling service (e.g. Diakonie, Caritas) before purchasing. If unsure, use the 14-day money-back guarantee.
Is the certificate valid in Poland / Turkey / Russia / Arab countries? +
Our certificate confirms the training you completed with us — it's not automatically a state-recognized credential in every country. In Poland and Turkey, cosmetic pedicure is a free profession, similar to Germany; business registration with our certificate is usually straightforward. In Russia and Arab countries the situation varies. If you plan to work outside the EU, please check local regulations before purchase.
Can I take the course in English? +
The course videos are in German (roughly B1 level is enough), but every lesson has English subtitles and all quizzes are available in English. Support via WhatsApp and email works in English too. Many graduates use the course to pick up the professional German vocabulary they need with clients — and the 14-day money-back guarantee applies either way.
Is the certificate valid in Austria and Switzerland? +
Switzerland: yes — cosmetic foot care is not regulated there, no cantonal licence is required (only podology is protected). Germany: cosmetic foot care is a free trade; the certificate is the customary qualification document. Austria: foot care is a regulated trade (§ 94 Z 23 GewO) — our course teaches the skills but does not replace the Austrian aptitude exam. There it is suitable as preparation for the WKO exam, for employed work or for personal use.
