§ 1 Scope

These terms apply to all contracts between Feetcare-School – Birgit Nehring (Birkenweg 40, 85778 Inhausermoos, Germany) and customers using our online courses.

§ 2 Subject of contract

The subject of the contract is access to online training courses (Module A, B, C) in cosmetic pedicure.

§ 3 Conclusion of contract

The presentation of courses does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking "Enroll — pay now" you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded once we confirm your order by email.

§ 4 Prices & payment

All prices include VAT. Payment is by credit card, SEPA direct debit, instant transfer, or Klarna (installments).

§ 5 Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded (purchase confirmation by email).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send an unambiguous statement by email to info@feetcare-school.de or in writing to our address shown in the imprint. We refund the full purchase price within 14 days, no questions asked.

Important: The 14-day period applies in full — even if you have already watched lessons or taken quizzes. We explicitly waive any premature expiration of the right of withdrawal under § 356 (5) of the German Civil Code; you can withdraw free of charge until the 14 days expire.

§ 6 Additional satisfaction guarantee

Beyond the statutory right of withdrawal, Feetcare-School offers an additional 14-day satisfaction guarantee: if after the statutory withdrawal period you find within your first 14 days of use that the program isn't right for you — message us. We refund the full price. This guarantee applies independently of the statutory right of withdrawal.

§ 7 Right of use

You receive a simple, non-transferable right to use the course content for personal purposes, limited to 6 months from purchase. Forwarding or publication of course content is not permitted.

§ 8 Availability

We aim for an average platform availability of 99 %. Planned downtime for maintenance is announced where possible.

§ 9 Liability

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence. For ordinary negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to typically foreseeable damages.

§ 10 Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Cologne, Germany, as far as legally permissible.
