1. Controller

2. Data we process
- Account data (name, email, password hash) when you register
- Purchase data (module bought, payment status, refund window) for delivering the service
- Lesson progress (which lessons you watched, quiz results) for your dashboard
- Server logs (IP, timestamp, user agent) for 7 days, for security and abuse prevention
3. Where data is stored
All personal data is stored on servers operated by IONOS SE (Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany) — EU/Germany only. No data is transferred to the USA. The only external processor is Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland) for card and Klarna payments — this is unavoidable for PCI-DSS compliance.
4. Cookies
We use only the strictly necessary session cookie (fcs_sid) to keep you logged in and a CSRF
token cookie for security. No analytics, no tracking, no third-party cookies.
5. Your rights (Art. 15–22 GDPR)
- Right of access — see all your data in your account settings (one-click export)
- Right of rectification — edit your profile any time
- Right of erasure — delete your account at any time (account settings → delete)
- Right of restriction
- Right to data portability — JSON export available
- Right to object — particularly to direct marketing emails (one-click unsubscribe)
- Right to complain to a supervisory authority (e.g. LDI NRW)
6. Marketing emails & newsletter
Only sent if you explicitly consented via the double-opt-in form. Each email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
7. Lead-Magnet (free 7-day mini-course)
Signup uses double-opt-in. Your email is stored only for sending the course and follow-up educational content related to the course. Unsubscribe any time.
8. Contact requests
If you contact us by email or via the contact form, your message and contact details are stored to handle your inquiry, for a maximum of 12 months after the last contact.
