Right of Withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of contract conclusion (purchase confirmation by email).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Feetcare-School, Birgit Nehring, Birkenweg 40, 85778 Inhausermoos, Germany, email: info@feetcare-school.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement.
You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the deadline expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the cost of delivery (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notification of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will refund fees be charged.
Important: digital content
We explicitly waive the premature expiration of the right of withdrawal under § 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB). Even if you have started watching lessons or taking quizzes, your right of withdrawal remains valid for the full 14 days.
